Wildlife Capture Equipment uses FedEX as our primary shipping agent. The customer can choose the shipping method and delivery time they would like and the cost will be quoted along with the rest of the order.
Our online shop makes it a little easier to estimate your shipping costs. Your exact cost will be calculated in your cart before your actual purchase.
If for some reason, there is a discrepancy in shipping, we will call you and let you know.
Wildlife Capture Equipment is 100% sure that all customers will be satisfied with their purchase. As soon as you receive your order, please verify that there is no damage. If there should be, please advise within 48 hours of having received the item for replacement. Our product is guaranteed against any manufacture defect within 30 days. If you should find a problem, we would be happy to evaluate the situation and repair or replace your order.
However, due to the nature of our product line, we have the right to refuse returns. Items that have been damaged in use and used items cannot be returned. Also, with all returns that are accepted, a 20% restocking fee shall apply.
Please note, shipping costs to and from Wildlife Capture Equipment for all returned items are the responsibliity of the client.
